I already figured this place would be good because the menu looked huge, it pretty much proved me right. There are tons of things to pick from, so I never feel like I’m stuck ordering the same thing every time. Definitely doesn’t get boring.

Went to Maggiano’s last weekend and overall had a good experience. The restaurant looked clean, the tables were wiped down, the floors were in good shape, and even the bathroom was decent. The only thing that kept it from being perfect was that our booth had a few crumbs when we sat down. It wasn’t anything gross, just something I noticed. To their credit, the staff came over and cleaned it up right away, so I still left feeling happy with the visit.

I’ve been to Maggiano’s quite a few times now, and it’s been really consistent. The food always comes out hot, the portions are huge, and the staff is usually friendly, even when the place is packed. We’ve gone for birthdays and also just random weeknight dinners, and I can’t really say we’ve had a bad meal. Maybe the service can slow down a bit when it’s super busy, but that’s kind of expected and everyone’s still nice about it. It’s just one of those places where you know what you’re going to get, and that’s nice.

Pickup was really quick, and the food was still nice and hot when I got home. It felt like they were trying to keep things moving on purpose instead of letting orders sit around, which I appreciated.

Dinner was kind of disappointing. I’d say I was expecting a decent meal, but after maybe 20 minutes of eating, I still felt like I could’ve had another whole plate. The portions just seemed too small for the price, so I left a bit hungry and not super impressed

Not sure if it was just my phone or the connection, but the menus took a little while to load. Still usable once they came up, though.

The food was way better than I expected. The pasta had a ton of flavor, and the sauce definitely wasn’t bland. Portions were solid too. I’d totally order from Maggiano’s again

I don’t usually reach out to support unless I really have to, but in this case I couldn’t figure out the issue on my own. Thankfully, they got back to me quickly and fixed it faster than I expected. Definitely glad I contacted them.

Our server was super nice and, checked on us plenty of times. The food came out fast too, so yeah... no complaints at all.

I ordered pickup through maggianos and the little details were somehow all over the place. The receipt clearly said no mushrooms, but there they were, mixed right in, and one of the sides was missing completely. The food itself tasted fine once I picked around everything, but it’s frustrating when the ticket is correct and the bag still isn’t. I even checked the staples and containers before leaving, but apparently that didn’t help. This has happened before too, so I’m getting hesitant about ordering online from them again

Went to Maggiano’s with my family, maybe I was just in a good mood because I didn’t have to cook, but the staff was so nice right from the start. The host smiled, got us seated quickly, and our server checked in on us without hovering or making it awkward. It did get busy, but everyone still seemed happy to help. Our server mixed up one of the drinks, but she fixed it fast and was really sweet about it, so no big deal at all. I’d definitely go back because they made the whole dinner feel easy, which I always appreciate when I’m out with family.

Ordered from Maggiano’s it was way better than I expected for delivery. The pasta tasted fresh, the sauce had a lot of flavor, and the portions were big enough that I had leftovers the next day. The chicken was cooked just right too, not dry at all, which is always a nice surprise. Everything showed up warm and actually tasted like it came from a restaurant, not like sad takeout. Weirdly, I remember the bread bag had this tiny sauce smudge on the corner, but somehow it made the whole thing feel even more like a real meal. I’d definitely order again

I ordered from Maggiano’s i felt good about what I paid. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but the portions were really generous, and I had enough left over for the next day. Even reheated, the food still tasted good. To me, it feels fair when a place charges a little more but actually gives you solid quality and enough food to make it worthwhile

Ordered Maggiano’s for dinner and the delivery showed up right on time. Everything was packed really well, and nothing spilled, which is always my big worry with pasta because that kind of mess is totally preventable with good packaging. The food was still warm, the portions were huge, and the bread was fresh too. The chicken parm and fettuccine both tasted really good. no complaints at all. It was an easy order, smooth delivery, and a really good meal at home. I’d definitely order again.

The Location is convenient for us, it’s right near a bunch of other shops and easy enough to find. Parking can be kind of annoying depending on when you go though, so it’s a little hit or miss.

Went here for my mom’s birthday. Such a nice time. They made it feel special. Food came out hot. Server was super kind. no complaints at all.

I went to Maggiano’s with a nut allergy and was nervous. I’m usually not super trusting when it comes to customer service handling stuff like that, because some places act like it’s a hassle or don’t take it seriously. But our server was really calm about it, wrote everything down, checked with the kitchen, and the manager came over quickly to confirm what was safe. They also pointed out a couple of things I should avoid, which I appreciated. My food came out marked separately, and I actually felt comfortable eating there. Not every restaurant handles allergies that smoothly, so this was a nice surprise. I’d go back

Maggiano’s had a really cozy, relaxed vibe when I went. It was definitely busy, but not in that overwhelming, too-loud way, which I appreciated. The lighting gave the place a warm feel, and overall it matched what I usually look for in a good dinner spot. I’d say it’s a solid choice for going out with family or friends, and I’d definitely go back.
